Escape Plan locks up some free DLC April 10

Some free downloadable content is headed to Escape Plan later this month . Entitled “Bakuki’s Lair,” the DLC is a prequel to Escape Plan and sees protagonists Lil and Laarg trying to exit a (presumably evil) sausage factory.

Sample Final Fantasy Versus XIII music in Theatrhythm DLC form

Theatrhythm: Final Fantasy isn’t just about celebrating Final Fantasy games of the past. New DLC coming to Japan this week features a song from a game that isn’t even out yet. One of the four songs coming April 4 is “Somnus” from Final Fantasy Versus XIII — making that song the first actual part of that game that can be played .

Achievements hint at additional Kingdoms of Amalur DLC

There’s a reason Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning isn’t called Kingdom of Amalur: Just the One, Thanks . Well, there are probably a few reasons it’s not called that, but one that sticks out to us is the likelihood that Reckoning will have multiple DLC packs, if a group of new achievements listed by Xbox 360 Achievements is to be trusted. The listing is labeled “DLC [Untitled DLC2]” and includes six achievements, five of which are secret.

Rocksmith maintains its thrill with Blues Pack DLC

Ubisoft has announced a new round of downloadable content for Rocksmith . The Blues Pack DLC lives up to its name, adding three blues tracks to the available roster. Specifically, the pack includes “Soul Man” by the Blues Brothers, “Born Under a Bad Sign” by Albert King and Stevie Ray Vaughan and “The Thrill Is Gone” by blues legend B.B

Final Fantasy XIII-2 offers Mass Effect costume DLC in Japan

In addition to the Assassin’s Creed crossover DLC , Final Fantasy XIII-2 will soon host some Mass Effect costumes. Starting March 27 in Japan, players will be able to outfit Serah and Noel in completely inappropriate N7 armor for 300 yen or 240 Microsoft Points.
