Kid Icarus: Uprising sequel not likely, Sakurai says

Despite strong sales and positive reception , it seems a Kid Icarus: Uprising sequel just isn’t in the cards right now. Masahiro Sakurai, the game’s director, has said that it’s possible we could see another Kid Icarus game in the next 25 years, but not from his studio, Project Sora.

Weekly Webcomic Wrapup is heading to the gym

Now that we know what games are held within the EVO 2012 cornucopia of contusions, it’s time for the fighters of the world to start training . The last qualifying tournament is in June, so we should have plenty of time to dust off ol’ Nasty-Asty when SoulCalibur 5 launches at the end of the month. Truth be told, we’re still a little perplexed by the omission of any BlazBlue games from the line-up

Unfortunately, the answer to that lingering question is a firm, and bewildering, no . The Japanese Vita FAQ, which initially noted that the Vita will play all downloadable PSP games except for Archives releases, cemented that in an answer to the direct question of whether or not the device will support old downoaded games

Levine talks BioShock Infinite’s Move functionality, no plans for Wii U

In a recent IGN interview, Irrational Games creative director Ken Levine discussed how he made that demo for BioShock Infinite so very, very good . Of course, we all know the answer to that is “witchcraft” — however, Levine also talked about the game’s Move functionality, a feature first announced at E3 . He explains it will be entirely optional to the experience, saying, “my hope is that we’ll succeed in the experiment and people will like it
